Orders & Delivery

Orders are typically packed and processed the following day and will be delivered within 1-3 working days. There might be delay in if wrong information such as address of contact number is provided. In the event that you are not able to receive a parcel, there will be a re-attempt delivery. If the second delivery fails, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and an additional charge of $3 will be imposed for re-delivery.

GEOGRAPHICAL RESTRICTION

We are unable to deliver to the following locations including (but not limited to) Sentosa Island, Jurong Island, shipyards. You will be contacted for an alternate shipping address should your address fall under the above-mentioned locations.

PARCEL TRACKING

For deliveries within Singapore, your tracking details will be sent via SMS to the phone number provided once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

PARCEL TRACKING (INTERNATIONAL)
You will receive an e-mail with tracking information once the parcel has leaves our warehouse. Do note that there will be longer lead time for custom clearance.
CUSTOM TAXES AND DUTIES
Any custom taxes and duties incurred have to be paid by customer in order for parcel to clear customs. TRT CONCEPT will, to the best of our abilities, facilitate the payment of such duties through our courier service.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

Please note that sales items that are not defective are not eligible for exchanges or returns.


To be eligible for exchange or return, the item(s) must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In its original sold condition with its tags intact

  • All exchanges/returns for regular priced items are only allowed within 30 days from the date of purchase. Do note that returns will be refunded in form of store credits.

    There will be a delivery fee of $3 for ineligible returns.
    How do I return or exchange my order?
    RETAIL EXCHANGE
    Items purchased online can be exchanged in any of our retail stores. To eligible for exchange/returns, the item(s) must be in its original condition – Unworn, unwashed with tags intact in their original packaging. Please retain your invoice for exchange / return purposes. Due to hygiene purposes, there will be no returns or refunds for accessories items.

    For items that do not meet the above conditions, we may turn down the exchange request.

    To do an exchange, please email to hello@trtconcept.com with the followings:
    Subject “Online Exchange (Order Number)”

  • Order Number
  • Contact Number
  • Product name and Article Number
  • Attached image of defective or incorrect merchandise
  • Name of Product, colour, size with would like to exchange with
  • Exchange Method: Retail (store location)

    We will respond with the necessary arrangement within 1-2 working days.

    Once the exchange is arranged, please kindly bring along the item(s) in original condition with original tag and packaging, as well as the printed invoice, to the indicated outlet in the email.

    We allow ONE exchange per invoice and exchanged item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged again.

    RETURN via POST
    Alternatively, you may also choose to return the parcels to our warehouse at the address below. Do drop us an e-mail to let us know before mailing it out.

  • I've received a defective item, what should I do?
    Not to worry, drop us an e-mail in the format below and we will assist you in the exchange process.

    You will be contacted within 1-2 working days.
  • What happens if I am not home when delivery is attempted?
    Not to worry, courier company will contact you via call and if you are not home, please give them delivery instructions or re-schedule the delivery date or time. In case of failed delivery, there will be a second delivery attempt.

    BOUNCED PARCELS
    We’ll be in touch via email in the event of a bounced parcel. A re-delivery fee of $3 will be incurred. Alternatively, you may choose to collect the parcel in-stores.

    Bounced parcels that are unclaimed after 1 year will be deemed as TRT CONCEPT’s property and no compensation will be offered as sufficient response time has been given.
    If I return an order/item, how is the amount being calculated?
    The refund amount for returns will be based on merchandise value on the invoice, after discount if applicable. Do also note that shipping fee paid are non-refundable. Please e-mail us at hello@trtconcept.com should there be any dispute on the refund amount.
